Architectural services cover all stages of a project - conception to realization i.e. preparing plans, getting statutory approvals / permissions, preparing tender bids, award of work to competent experienced parties, ensuring workmanship and quality of the work to be executed, certifying contractors' bills etc.

We are also registered Valuers with the Office of the Chief Commissioner of Income Tax, Mumbai under section 34AB of the Wealth Tax Act 1957 for valuation of immovable properties (other than Agricultural Lands, Plantations, Forests, Mines and Quarries). We are also on the panel of many leading Banks such as ICICI Home Finance, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India and empanelment from many other banks are awaited.
