The employer
provides us with the detailed job profile, candidates
specification and other information relating to the position to
be filled, condition of employment and number of employees
required for each classification and approximate date on which
the employees are required.
We conduct the
search; release the advertisements if required with the consent
of the principal and pre-screen the candidates as per the
requirements of Indian nationals for the employing company. All
advertisements are undertaken by us only with the principal's
written approval.
We screen
applications after receiving resumes. The competence of each
person being considered for employment is evaluated solely on
the basis of the specific requirements of the particular job to
be filled. Those candidates, whose application and resumes
indicate that they possess the required qualification for the
position to be filled, are interviewed by us. During the
interview we evaluate the candidates on the basis of job
specification, personal data like the complete history,
qualification, experience, areas worked, present salary,
expected salary, availability, etc. The short listed resumes are
forwarded to the employing company.
Subsequently,
interviews with the short listed candidates are arranged. After
the final interviews with the employer, the offer of employment
is made by us to the candidates on receiving confirmation of
their employment visas and complete other procedures for the
mobilization as per the schedule of the employing company.
